Food and Drink Trends
Below are the new drink trends that Toi organised from conception to production as part of her European marketing role when she worked for Merck UK as the market development manager (2002-2005) .
The project was a marketing tool to propose to the brand industry and designers all across Europe as a new beverage trend. It used varieties of special effects from Iriodin to enhance the product positioning of each. Iriodin is the industrial product that Toi managed the branding of in the consumer market.

Toi named her project 'Well & Wild' presenting trends of healthy and fun drinks.

During the marketing role at Merck UK, Toi has also undertaken a vast amount of food market studies in order to predict new trends in the food market.
